RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns:

  • We do not accept returns on coffee beans or brewed beverages due to the perishable nature of these products.

  • Merchandise (mugs, equipment, etc.) can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Exchanges for merchandise are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

REFUND POLICY

  • Beverages and Food: If you are not satisfied with your beverage or food item, please let us know, and we will gladly remake it for you.

  • Merchandise: Refunds for merchandise are provided if the item is returned within 14 days with a valid receipt and is unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.​

  • Weekends: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
