At Casa Montis, we are committed to delivering your coffee as fresh and quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy for details on processing times, shipping options, and more.

PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the UK.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £40. This will be automatically applied

  • at checkout if your order qualifies.​

DELIVERY

  • Delivery: For customers within the UK, we offer local delivery at a flat rate of £4.09. For larger orders, this price will be calculated at the checkout. Delivery typically occurs within 1-2 business days.

  • In-Store Pickup: We do not offer store pickup.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We only ship within the UK.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

  • If you have any issues with tracking or if your package has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at info@casamontis.com

SHIPPING ISSUES & DELAYS

  • While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, please note that unforeseen delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • We take great care in packaging your order, but in the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • For damaged items, please provide a photo of the damaged goods and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you realise an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed.
